CDC is a joint venture between the Shoaibi Group, Olayan, Zayzafoon Holding, Al-Binali Holding and other private stakeholders. Its investments and acquisitions primarily target greenfield projects in energy intensive chemicals/metals, downstream and specialty chemicals.
